Accommodations available are dormitory-type rooms with twin, bunk or double beds and shared bath. A few rooms are available in the Guest House with private baths. RV sites are available with water, electric and sewer hookups. We request that you do not bring pets. Smoking is not permitted. 

Reservations: If you are coming for a convention or conference, you need to call ahead to make reservations. Call (315) 429-8521, and Guest Relations or our Front Desk receptionist will assist you. 

 Room and board rates include all meals in our cafeteria.    

Dormitories: Penn House, New Yorker and Jersey Manor
Private (single rooms only) - $50 per night
Shared room (adults) - $35 per person per night
Married couple - $60 per night
Children:
  Ages 5 – 10  -  $10 per night
  Ages 11 – 17  -  $25 per night 

The Guest House (with private bathroom):
Private (if available) - $80 per night
Shared room (adults) - $50 per person per night
Married couple - $90 per night
Children:
  Ages 5 – 10  - $10 per night
  Ages 11 – 17  -  $25 per night 

RV Sites (Include water, electric and sewer hookups; also meals):
Adults - $20 per night
Married couple - $30 per night
Additional adults - $15 per person per night
